Remember when ISIS was called a JV team by Barack Obama?
Yeah. This was also when ISIS was getting into its beheading groove and seemingly every week, there’d be a new video of the terrorists executing some innocent Christian, or some innocent journalist, or some innocent Yazidi, filming a propaganda and recruitment film.
Our new president doesn’t take these terrorists so lightly and in fact, Trump and Co. has already sent a very clear message to terrorists.
But anyway, even after Obama stopped calling ISIS a “JV team,” he never would call them radical Islamic terrorists.
To Obama, ISIS and Islam had nothing to do with each other, a view that many criticized. Why? If you can’t name the enemy, you can’t kill the enemy.
Guys like Trump and Senator Ted Cruz (both of whom desperately want to protect this nation with various bills and laws) have NO problem naming that enemy.
Thing is, maybe the enemy would’ve already been beaten had Obama not reigned in the U.S. military. This new report is bound to get American teeth gnashing, so prepare yourself:
This, from Proud Conservative:
“U.S. military pilots who have returned from the fight against the Islamic State in Iraq are confirming that they were blocked from dropping 75 percent of their ordnance on terror targets because they could not get clearance to launch a strike, according to a leading member of Congress.
Strikes against the Islamic State (also known as ISIS or ISIL) targets are often blocked due to an Obama administration policy to prevent civilian deaths and collateral damage, according to Rep. Ed Royce (R., Calif.), chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
The policy is being blamed for allowing Islamic State militants to gain strength across Iraq and continue waging terrorist strikes throughout the region and beyond, according to Royce and former military leaders who spoke Wednesday about flaws in the U.S. campaign to combat the Islamic State.”
Well, that’s interesting (and a little suspicious), isn’t it?
Not only can you not kill the enemy if you don’t name the enemy. But also, you can’t kill the enemy if you won’t attack the enemy.
Trump has named Radical Islam numerous times and he’s not all talk, either; he’s making some serious strides toward eradicating that evil force.
As for Obama, the fact that he failed to use airstrikes against ISIS out of concern for killing innocent civilians is not a sound argument. ISIS, after all, was known for using telecasts to hide its terrorists right out in the open, and put them in the same homes Obama was scared to bomb.
Well, there’s a new general in town.
His name is “Mad Dog” Mattis, and he’s backed by a president who’s not afraid to take the war to the terrorists, and equally unafraid to take on the public relations battle that’s sure to follow.
